Processing time for in-stock/ready to ship orders is 2-3 working days

Made to order item are processed in 5-15 working days prior shipping. Need your order sooner? We can help expedite your order. Please email us info@afrothrone.com for more information.

Pre-order item takes about 2-3 weeks before shipping. You are welcome to request for rush service, email us info@afrothrone.com for more.

If your order contains a mixture of made to order and/or pre-ordered items and ‘ready to ship’ items, then your order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item(s) and/or made to order items becomes available.

If your order contains a mixture of made to order and in stock items & you’d like the in-stock item to ship immediately, please place two separate orders, one for the made to order item(s) and another for the ‘ready to ship’ items. This also applies to mixtures with pre-order items.

Please note that during sales, processing time can take a bit longer. 

DELIVERY TIME AND COURIER OPTIONS

UK: Royalmail Second Class Signed (Delivery is usually 2 working days) or Hermes 2-4 days. Next day express shipping is available.

USA Standard shipping: USPS 5-10 working days.

USA EXPRESS SHIPPING: DHL 1-3 working days

EU STANDARD SHIPPING: 5-7 working days

EU EXPRESS SHIPPING: DHL 1-3 working days

REST OF THE WORLD: 7-10 working days standard shipping. DHL 2-5 working days.

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders via email. As we use a tracked and signed service, please ensure a recipient is at the shipping address to sign for and receive your parcel.

Once the package is with the delivery courier, we no longer have control over it and they become liable for it’s safe delivery. If the delivery courier can not gain access to the address provided by you, or you fail to pick up your package on time, you will be liable for any costs of re-delivery. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control including customs clearance delays.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
