SHIPPING POLICY

Our standard processing time is 1-2 weeks. If you need your order expedited before shipping, please reach out to us at info@afrothrone.com for assistance, we can offer expedited options upon request.

For orders containing a mix of bespoke, pre-ordered, and 'ready to ship' items, your order will ship when the pre-ordered or bespoke items become available.

If your order includes both pre-order and in stock items, and you'd like the in-stock items to ship immediately, kindly place two separate orders—one for the pre-order items and another for the 'ready to ship' items. This applies to mixtures involving bespoke/ custom items as well.

Please be aware that during sales, processing time may be slightly extended.

DELIVERY TIME AND COURIER OPTIONS:

- UK: Royalmail Second Class Signed (usually 2 business days) or Hermes (2-4 days). Next-day express shipping is an option.

- USA Standard shipping: USPS (5-10 business days).

- USA EXPRESS SHIPPING: DHL (1-3 business days).

- EU STANDARD SHIPPING: 5-10 business days.

- EU EXPRESS SHIPPING: DHL (1-3 business days).

- REST OF THE WORLD: 7-10 business days for standard shipping, DHL (2-5 business days).

We will provide tracking numbers via email for all orders. As we always use tracked service, ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign and receive your parcel.

Once the package is with the delivery courier, we no longer have control over it, and they are responsible for its safe delivery. If the delivery courier cannot access the provided address or if you fail to pick up your package on time, you will be responsible for any re-delivery costs. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, including customs clearance delays.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We are not accountable for delays caused by customs.
