RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unwashed, unworn and unaltered, free of stains and makeup. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Then you will be provided an address to return to. Items must be received back to the return address within 25 days of delivery date to receive a store credit which can be used to purchase other items from our store.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in it’s original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We reserve the right to withhold a refund/exchange if our goods have been damaged after point of sale through misuse or carelessness.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer direct exchanges, you will have to return the item(s) for a store credit or gift card, as we cannot guarantee the item(s) you want will be available by the time we receive your return.
You will be provided an address for the return, once we receive your return we will issue you a store credit or Gift card. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your return and issue the store credit.
You'll be able to use this to order another item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed via a store credit or a gift card, which will be issued to you within 3 business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Store credit or Gift card will be issued for sale items, which can be used to purchase any item of choice from our store. Our store credits and Gift cards do not expire.
Custom orders and Personalised items
Custom orders are final. Unfortunately we don’t accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalise orders, but please contact us if you have any issue with your order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When making a return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
